How much will I be charged for shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within India. For International orders (Outside India), Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary by item, label and country. For delivery, we typically take 2 – 8 weeks from the time the order is placed. You can check the estimated delivery time on the specific item description page or in the order status in your account for items that you have ordered.
Can I redirect an order after I've already submitted the order?
If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses once your order is already shipped.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. (Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to inspect.) Please email us at email@example.com immediately with a picture of the package.
What Is Your Return Policy for the US?
The following return policy applies to India & US orders only. For rest of the world, please scroll down.
Returnable Products: Customers should look to the item's product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the live sale page very carefully.
Returns Window: Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of the date the item was received, or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
What Is Your Return Policy for Rest of the World?
At this time, Indiaspopup.com is unable to accept returns from countries other than India and the US. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.

My Item Arrived Damaged/ Incorrect. What Do I Do?
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will credit the refund amount on your Indiaspopup.com account with store credits. Under exceptional cases (for damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments) we will return the refund amount to the original method of payment used to place the order. Please be aware that, payments can take up to 14 working days (or more) to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange/alter my item?
We currently do not allow exchanges for designer wear as our products are specially made on order. For accessories, exchanges are possible only for exceptional cases, and within 14 days of the date the item was delivered.In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. Indiaspopup.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover and PayPal. For customers in India, we accept Cash on Delivery (for most locations –Coming Soon), Netbanking & Direct Bank Deposits. Please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.

Which currency can I buy in?
We ship worldwide and accept payments in Indian Rupees and US Dollars. You also have the option to set your country preferences from the country switcher available at the top of the website in the header section.
Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
For all countries except India, import duties and taxes may apply in addition to shipping charges. We cover those charges for all orders being shipped to the US, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. In all other countries, you may have to pay additional import duties upon receipt of your order.
